Privacy policy

KlantStem processes personal data of account holders (email address, company name) and of respondents who complete a survey (optional name and email address, IP address, comment).

Respondent data is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and is only visible to the account holder of the relevant survey. We do not sell data to third parties.

Payments are handled via Mollie. We do not store credit card or bank details ourselves. For questions about your data, contact us at privacy@klantstem.nl.

You can request to view, correct or delete your data at any time.
