Subscriptions (Starter and Pro) can be cancelled monthly and are billed in advance via Mollie (iDEAL or credit card). In case of non-payment, access to paid features may be suspended.

You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for consent to approach respondents in accordance with the GDPR.

KlantStem aims for 99.5% availability but gives no hard uptime guarantee at this MVP stage.
